Passion Fruit Spritz

The Passion Fruit Spritz is the perfect drink to celebrate summer: refreshing, fizzy and with a sweet-sour tropical taste that complements the Aperol.

Ingredients

  • 10 fl oz Prosecco
  • 5 fl oz Aperol
  • 3 fl oz Fabbri Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 3 fl oz sparkling water
  • 2 oz passion fruit pulp
  • 2 sprig mint
  • 10 cubes ice

Instructions

  • Put the ice cubes in a large glass.
  • Add the Aperol, followed by the Fabbri Passion Fruit Syrup.
  • Pour the Prosecco. Top with sparkling water.
  • Add 1 oz * passion fruit pulp and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Sip and Enjoy!

Notes

  • Fresh passion fruit is preferable, you will need one unit passion fruit for 2 drinks. And you will need to scoop out half of it in each drink.
