Instructions
First, scoop out the pulp from the passion fruit, put it in a blender and add the Aperol. Blend this mix until smooth.
Put the ice cubes in a large red wine glass.
Over ice cubes, pour the Prosecco, followed by the Aperol and Passion Fruit Mix. Top with sparkling water.
Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange.
Notes
Fresh passion fruit is preferable, but if you can’t find it then you can use packaged passion fruit juice.
