Negroni Sbagliato

A great drink for this fall. Bubbly and bright. Bitter and aromatic. Pair with Figs and Salami for an authentic Italian aperitive, ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

For the Negroni Sbagliato

  • 80 cl Vermouth Sweet
  • 80 cl Campari
  • 80 cl Prosecco
  • 2 slices orange
  • 2 unit ice ball

For the Fig & Salami Nibble

  • 1 unit fig sliced in quarter
  • 4 slices Salami
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Instructions

To Make the Negroni Sbagliato

  • Place 1 ball of ice in each glass.
  • Add 40 cc of Sweet Vermout in each glass, followed by the Campari and the Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a slice of orange
  • Stir and Serve.

To Make the Fig and Salami Nibble

  • Place each quarter of fig on a salami slice and use a toothpick to keep it in shape.
  • Drizzle the fig with a dash of Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Serve it.

Notes

  • you can use ice cubes instead of the ice ball cube.
