Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper freshly grounded
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 medium lemon squeezed

Instructions

  • Prep: Trim the ends and halve large Brussels sprouts. Pat dry thoroughly.
  • Season: Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry: Cook at 375°F for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Add garlic: At the 12-minute mark, add sliced garlic and the Brussels spouts leaves and continue cooking until golden.  
  •  Finish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the hot sprouts and serve immediately.
