Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cup red cabbage sliced thinly
  • ¾ cup radish sliced thinly
  • ½ cup onion sliced thinly
  • 1⅔ cup red apple sliced thinly
  • ½ cup walnut chopped
  • 2 cup arugula

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar apple cider

Instructions

  • First, slice the cabbage, apples, onions and radishes.
  • Mix everything in a bowl and add the arugula and the roughly chopped walnuts.
  • Combine the honey, apple juice and olive oil in a maison jar and addsalt and pepper. Toss the salad and serve.
