Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peach puree
  • 1 cup prosecco dry
  • 1 tsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • To make peach puree you will need to peel the peaches, remove the stone and chop them in pieces.
  • Proceed by placing them in a blender with 1 teaspoon of agave syrup. Blend until they are smooth and evenly combined into a puree.
  • Once your puree is ready, you divide equally the peach puree into the flutes. Then you top each one with equal part of prosecco.
  • As a garnish, you can use a slice of peach, cut it in the middle and place it on the edge of the glass
