Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound linguine
  • 6 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 0.45 pound smoked salmon cut in stripes
  • tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp pink peppercorn
  • 2 tsp salt kosher

Instructions

  • First, bring a pot of water to a boil. When the water is boiling, add 2 teaspoons of salt and then add the linguine.
  • Now prepare the sauce: Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan. When the butter is melted, add the smoked salmon cut into pieces. Let it "cook" for 5 minutes, then add the mascarpone.
  • Now the pasta should be ready. Add it to the pan and turn off the heat. Mix it. Add the grated lemon zest and the dill.
  • Plate the pasta adding more lemon zest, dill and the crushed pink peppercorns. Bring the dish YOUR to the table and SHARE it with YOUR LOVED ONES.
